Fringe Mission

At Fringe, we push the boundaries of conventional training programs. We help our clients access their potential with progressive programs based on leading-edge learning and development practices.

People and organizations are different. Shouldn't their training and development programs be just as unique as they are? We combine cutting-edge, neuroscience based, learning techniques with customized programming that incorporates the values and goals you are striving for and is just as distinct as you or your organization. The result - teams that are more engaged and productive, leaders who motivate and compel, and an organization that operates at the highest levels of efficiency.

Rachael Bosch, Managing Director

Rachael is an advocate for innovative and organizational professional development. She founded Fringe PD to bring coaching and training to professionals across disciplines and experience levels. Rachael has spent more than a decade in legal talent management and has a background in theatrical performance and vocalization. She uses this experience as well as a brain-based coaching certification through the NeuroLeadership Institute to develop and deliver training programs on the topics of executive presence, management and leadership, communication skills, and goal pursuit.

In addition to group training programs, Rachael coaches individuals and small groups to help them achieve their professional goals.  By integrating her work inside some of the top global law firms with performance and coaching tools, Rachael has been able to identify strategic paths for success that can be used to build a successful personal brand and career.

Susan Fine

Director of Professional Development
Co-Director, Inns of Court Program
The George Washington University Law School

Rachael is a dynamic, results-driven professional. She has helped me on numerous occasions, including assisting me with navigating some pretty "rough waters". She has a wonderful, pleasant demeanor and strives to offer only the highest quality service and attention to everything she touches. After 2 minutes of speaking with Rachael, any conscientious professional would conclude that this is a person who has tremendous work ethic, innovative ideas, and knows how to influence others. I would whole-heartedly recommend her to assist in a huge variety of undertakings. I can not say enough about her and her abilities!

Mark Werblin

Public Sector Talent Acquisition Lead
Grant Thornton

Rachael is an invaluable member of the Inns of Court Professional Development Advisory Council at GW Law and a dynamic and engaging  speaker. She presented a well-received session on critical professional skills to 1Ls in our Inns of Court program. The students received an immediate benefit from her practical tips on Taking Ownership of Your Professional Presence and had the opportunity to reflect on how others perceive them and what they can be doing now to cultivate executive presence. I highly recommend her.
